NatWest launches 12 new low rate buy to let mortgage deals.

NatWest Intermediary Solutions has announced the launch of a dozen new buy to let mortgages. In addition the lender has also slashed its rates on existing deals by up to 0.64%.

Included in its new range is a 2 year fixed rate mortgage available for up to 70% LTV at just 2.99%. The fee on this deal is £1,995, however a fee free version of the mortgage is available at 3.99%.

In addition the lender has also announced that various new 3 year fixed rate deals are now available to investment landlords.

Range highlights include:

• A 3 year fix for up to 60% LTV at 3.09% with fees of £1,995.
• A 3 year fix for up to 60% LTV at 3.99% fee free.
• A 3 year fix for up to 70% LTV at 3.45% with fees of £1,995.
• A 3 year fix for up to 70% LTV at 4.25% fee free.
• A 3 year fix for up to 75% LTV at 3.59% with fees of £1,995.
• A 3 year fix for up to 75% LTV at 4.49% fee free.

A 5 year deal for up to 60% LTV is also now available at 4.09% with a £1,995 fee or 4.79% fee free.
