NatWest announces a range-wide mortgage rate hike.

NatWest is to increase its mortgage rates from 07 June across all loan to value levels. The lender's rate rise will affect 29 of its residential products and increases are expected up to 0.3%.

While all LTV levels are affected, the largest increase is to its 2 year fix for up to 95% LTV which has been hiked by 0.3% from 5.39% to 5.69%.

A spokesperson for the lender commented on the decision saying NatWest had introduced changes to reflect UK market conditions.
