Platform’s fixed-term remortgage rates fall for 2018.
Highly competitive remortgage rates are being offered now in 2018, despite November’s rise in the base rate.
The Co-op’s intermediary mortgage provider, Platform, has recently reduced the rates on all of its 90% LTV products from its fixed rate range.
The remortgages affected include the 2, 3 and 5 year options, which have seen their rates reduced by up to 0.15%.
