Santander launches a new range of buy to let mortgages.

Santander has announced the launch of a new range of buy to let mortgage deals with rates starting from 2.29%.

Range highlights include:

• A 2 year fix for up to 60% LTV at 2.29% with a £1,995 fee.
• A 5 year fix for up to 60% LTV at 3.29% with a £1,995 fee.
• A 2 year fix for up to 75% LTV at 2.84% with a £1,995 fee.
• A 2 year tracker for up to 75% LTV at 2.84% with a £995 fee.

For larger value mortgages the lender has also launched three new deals on property purchases up to £3million for up to 60% LTV, which all come with a £1,995 booking fee.

• A 2 year fix at 1.79% with a £1,995 fee.
• A 5 year fix at 2.84% with a £1,995 fee.
• A 2 year tracker at 1.84% with a £1,995 fee.
