Marsden Building Society has added a selection of new mortgage rates to its residential range.
The details include:
- 1.69% for up to 60% LTV
- 1.79% for up to 90% LTV
- 2.79% for up to 95% LTV
Marsden also has a range of mortgages aimed specifically at the older borrower, but the property must have a minimum value of £150,000 in order for you to be able to apply. Highlights include:
- 2.29% for up to 40% LTV
- 2.39% for up to 60% LTV
- 2.69% for up to 70% LTV
