A low deposit 2 year fixed rate mortgage launched at 3.79%.

The Leeds Building Society has announced the launch of a new 2 year fix for lower deposit buyers. 

This new mortgage is available for up to 95% LTV at a rate of 3.79%. For those with a low deposit it is highly competitive, and in addition to a low rate it comes with a free valuation and a low £388 fee.

Mortgage rates are now highly competitive across the entire market, with buyers with the largest deposits able to secure the best deals. However, with small deposit mortgage rates now staring so low home-ownership is looking more affordable for all buyers.
