Coventry BS launches a 3 year fixed rate mortgage range.

Coventry for intermediaries has announced the relaunch of its 3 year fixed rate mortgage range for between 65% and 90% LTV.

The lender advises that rates start at 2.19% for up to 65% LTV, 2.35% for up to 75% and 2.89% for up to 90% LTV. There is no arrangement fee to pay but there is an early repayment charge until 30.09.19.

In addition, the lender has also announced the launch of a new 7 year fixed rate range. Highlights include a deal for up to 50% LTV at 1.99% and 85% LTV at 2.55%.
