Coventry for Intermediaries has announced that its mortgage range has been refreshed with the addition of new 90% LTV mortgages.
For residential borrowers with a 10% deposit rates now start at under 3%, range highlights include a Flexx for Term deal fixed for 2 years at 2.99% with a fee set at £999.
In addition a 2 year standard fixed rate mortgage is available at 3.09% for up to 90% LTV also with a £999 fee.
A longer term 5 year fix is on offer to borrowers with a 10% deposit at 3.89% which is offered fee free. Early repayment charges apply to the new deals added to the lender’s range.
Remortgaging home-owners who switch to a Coventry BS mortgage are also offered the lender’s Remortgage Transfer Service.
