Hinckley & Rugby announce the launch of a new 3 year discounted rate mortgage.
Two new mortgage deals have been launched by the Hinckley and Rugby BS for borrowers wanting security and a low rate.
The first mortgage is a 60% LTV 3 year fixed rate discounted deal offered at 2.09%. The lender advises the rate is discounted by 3.55% on its SVR. The second is a 3 year fixed rate tracker for 80% LTV which is offered at base plus 2.39%.
Both new products have the same fee which is set at £295 for mortgage arrangement and £695 for mortgage completion. If you are looking for a mortgage on a property valued at £1 million plus then you will be entitled to a free valuation.
In addition the lender has also reduced its 90% LTV 5 year fix, the rate is down to 3.49% from 3.55%.
