Leeds BS launches a new range of fee-free remortgage deals.
A new range of remortgages is on offer from the Leeds Building Society for home-owners looking for a fee-free deal.
Two new products are on offer which are:
- A 2 year fixed remortgage for up to 50% LTV at 2.29%.
- A 2 year fixed /part interest-only remortgage for up to 75% LTV at 2.49%.
Both products are available for property up to £500,000, and in addition to being fee free also come with a free valuation and fee assisted legals.
As well as refreshing it’s fee free range, the lender has also made changes to it’s interest-only range by introducing part interest-only deals for up to 75% LTV. Products on offer could be of particular interest to existing interest-only mortgage-holders who would like to look at ways of paying down their loan.
