LendInvest offer buy to let mortgages to professional landlords.

A new range of buy to let mortgages have been introduced by the provider LendInvest.

LendInvest, until now, have specialised in bridging and development loans but have taken the decision to enter the buy to let market. The successful trial of this range has now ended with the announcement that the loans have been made available nationwide.

The mortgages offered are fixed terms of 2, 3 and 5 years, for a maximum value of £5million with an LTV of up to, but not more than 80%.

More is likely to be seen from this lender over the coming months as they seek to fulfil their goal of becoming a whole of market mortgage provider.
