The Mansfield BS has announced the re-launch of its 95% LTV discounted mortgage.
The re-launched product is now available at a reduced rate, the lender has cut the price of its deal by 0.5% to 4.49%.
In addition to reducing its rate the lender has also reduced its fee which has been cut from £600 to £300 on property up to a maximum value of £200,000.
