New 2018 remortgage rates + cashback from BM Solutions.

BM Solutions has reviewed its range of remortgage products and is doubling the amount of cashback offered on selected ranges.

It has also launched a new ‘time-limited’ fixed rate remortgage range including 2 and 5 year deals. The details are:

• 2 year fix for up to 60% LTV at 1.54% plus product fee
• 2 year fix for up to 75% LTV at 1.79% plus product fee
• 5 year fix for up to 60% LTV at 2.09% plus product fee  
• 5 year fix for up to 75% LTV at 2.64% plus product fee
