New 3 year fixed mortgage deal from the Leeds Building Society

The Leeds Building Society is transforming its current 3 Year fixed mortgage deals into a market leading range of New Year sale products, where customers can save over £1,100.

The lender has announced a number of discounts to the costs of taking its 3 year fixed rate mortgages. The completion fee of £800 will be removed and a free standard valuation up to £335 will be added. In addition it is offering free legal services for standard remortgages.

The lenders 3 year fixed mortgage products are available at current rates of 3.04 per cent up to 75 per cent loan to value, at 3.49 per cent up to 80 per cent loan to value and at 3.99 per cent up to 85 per cent loan to value. All tiers of the product allow a 10 per cent capital repayment each year without penalty, they also have no higher lending charge and a booking fee of only £199.
