Mortgage holders looking for competitive remortgage rates should consider the new range of mortgage products launched by the Norwich & Peterborough Building Society.

The lender recently announced a three year fixed rate deal at 2.99% with an arrangement fee of £795 or if you take out the same fixed term but opt for a rate of 3.09%, then the fee is considerably lower at £295. Both of the above options are available to those borrowers for 75% loan to value.

Many mortgage borrowers favour a modest arrangement fee whilst others are interested in acquiring a low interest rate when looking for their next mortgage. The overall cost of the deal should be considered as the headline rate may not always be the deciding factor.

For existing N&P customers looking to remortgage for 75% LTV, they offer a two year fixed rate offset mortgage at 4.09%  which switches to the lender's standard variable rate of 4.99% for the rest of the term.

New customers to the Norwich and Peterborough can also access some favourable remortgage rates with their five year fixed rate mortgage at 3.59% for 75% loan to value. This mortgage comes with an option to over or underpay the mortgage and has a low fee of £295.
