Saffron has announced the launch of a new range of products for remortgaging home-owners.
Rates in the lender's low cost range start from1.49% for up to 60% LTV, there is no fee to pay on this deal and £800 cashback upon completion.
For smaller deposit buyers rates start at 2.99% for 90% LTV which reverts to the lender's SVR at the end of the fixed term. Once again there is no fee to pay and cashback of £800 is offered.
With now being a good time to remortgage, home-owners are encouraged to act and switch deals while low rates are available.
