Skipton BS cuts buy to let rates.

Skipton has announced that its buy to let mortgage rates for property investors are now up to 0.3% cheaper.

Rates are now down at all LTV levels for those wishing to invest in new property or remortgage an existing portfolio.

Buy to let range highlights include:

• A 2 year fixed rate mortgage for 75% LTV at 3.19% with a £995 fee.
• A 2 year fixed rate mortgage for 75% LTV at 3.69% fee free.
• A 3 year fixed rate mortgage for 75% LTV at 3.68% with a £995 fee.
• A 3 year fixed rate remortgage for 75% LTV at 3.55% with a £1,995 fee.
• A 3 year fixed rate remortgage for 75% LTV at 3.75% with a £995 fee.
• A 3 year fixed rate remortgage for 75% LTV at 4.10% fee free.
• A 5 year fixed rate remortgage for 60% LTV at 4.09% with a £1,995 fee

All new lower rate buy to let deals are offered with a free standard valuation and free legals.

In addition to cutting its buy to let rates the lender has also reduced rates across its residential range.

Residential range highlights include:

• A 2 year fixed rate mortgage for 50% LTV at 1.36% with a £995 fee.
• A 2 year fixed rate mortgage for 90% LTV at 3.06% with a £995 fee.
