Skipton launches a new fixed rate fee free remortgage range.
The Skipton Building Society has announced the launch of new highly competitive remortgage deals which are offered fee free.
Range highlights include a 2 year fix for up to 85% LTV at 2.59% fee free. For smaller deposit buyers looking for a 90% LTV deal, the lender is offering a rate of 3.77%.
Lower rate deals are also on offer for remortgaging home-owners prepared to accept a fee for a more competitive rate. For up to 90% LTV a rate of 2.99% is on offer for a 2 year fix with a £995 fee. For a longer term 5 year fix the rate offered for 60% LTV is 3.39% with a £995 fee.
For the purchase of a new home a 2 year fix is available at 1.49% for up to 60% LTV with a £995 completion fee. A 5 year fix is offered fee free at 3.77% for up to 90% LTV.
