TMW launch a 'one of a kind' 10 year fixed buy to let mortgage.

Buy to let landlords looking for a mortgage now have a new longer term deal to consider from The Mortgage Works. The lender is offering landlords the option to lock into a low rate for an extended period.

Various new 10 year fixed rate deals have been released over the past few months for residential customers looking for a increased level of financial security. However none of these products have been on offer to property investors.

This has changed as TMW has just announced a 'market first' which is a 10 year buy to let deal for 75% LTV at 4.99% with a £995.

Its a great product for landlords who want to avoid the risk of rising rates. Its the only product of its kind currently available for landlords, no other lender is offering such terms to investors.

In addition to this new product the lender has also launched a 5 year fix for investors with a smaller deposit. For 80% LTV the mortgage is available at 4.49%.

The criteria for TMW's 5 and 10 year fixed rate deals are the rent must cover 125% LTV and applicants will be stress tested at a rate of 4.99%.
