Together reduces its adverse credit buy to let mortgage rates.

The buy to let lender Together, has announced that it has cut its adverse credit buy to let rate for up to 70% LTV by 0.65%.

For those with adverse credit over the last 12 months a rate of 8.6% is on offer. Affordability is based upon 120% rental coverage, and the lender advises it will take personal income into account.

Together advises this product is aimed at borrowers who are not being served by high street lenders, such as those with a poor credit history.
